Precision stamping of small parts is an essential component of many manufacturing processes and finding a vendor that can support the size, material and volume you require can be a challenge. We use carbide progressive and compound dies to stamp tight tolerance, high-quality parts to customer specifications. We have the flexibility to handle various size jobs and can easily run a low-volume production of 1000 pieces alongside a production run of three million pieces.

Our low-volume capability ensures that you don’t have to overstock parts. We can produce what you need when you need it. This is ideal for beginning to end of life cycle applications.

Our equipment and skilled labor force allow us to stamp material with a thickness of less than .001" and up to .250". Furthermore, we can rework and rebuild your existing dies to reduce the time and cost of production. We’ve accomplished this for many customers with results that provided significant time and financial savings. Electro Optics Manufacturing can assist you in the transfer or completion of your existing dies, from your facility or supplier, to ours.
